Reiki Healing and Guided Meditation - Chakra Series - Solar Plexus

Join us Friday, June 14th, 2019 at 7pm for the third installment of our seven-Chakra series focusing on the solar plexus. The sessions in this series combine the power of guided imagery and visualization with Reiki healing to explore, restore, and release energy in the whole body, with a focus on the aforementioned chakra. The Sanskrit name for the solar plexus chakra is “Manipura”, which means “city of jewels” or “seat of gems”. This is considered by many to be the key to our development and connection to ourselves as we show up in the outside world, and is described as our “mental body”. The solar plexus relates to our will, personal power, organization, ability to make clear decisions, personal identity, confidence, self-discipline, and independence. Located in the area of our diaphragm and upper digestion area, anatomically the solar plexus is a large bundle of nerves connecting many parts of our body above and behind our naval. Thusly, this chakra contributes to our nerves and the fight-or-flight response, our ability to breath into our power, the functionality of our digestive system, and the condition of our skin. This is only one session of a series, however, not all sessions are required to join. Pre-registration is required. Address will be sent once your registration is complete. Space is extremely limited s follow the link to sign up today!
